Shawn Mendes is taking a break from his concert tour for a hike in L.A. with a friend … and the singer is showing no “Mercy,” looking leaner than ever!

Shawn’s without a shirt here — unclear if he just gone done doing laundry on his washboard abs — looking shredded as he’s walking barefoot on a trail in L.A.’s Griffith Park after taking off a pair of hiking shoes.

Shawn was all smiles Thursday, showing off his tattoos and a simple gold-chain necklace, chatting it up with his unidentified pal, who opted for slide slippers and a white T-shirt.

Earlier in the day, we spotted Shawn on the street, wearing a yellow tee, flared brown pants and hard black shoes, and this time his buddy’s wearing black socks with his sandals, both of them rocking sunglasses.

Shawn’s pretty comfortable strutting his stuff on the street … we saw him doing topless chores in October outside his house — and judging by this week’s pics, he’s been working hard to get leaner.

As we’ve told you, Shawn’s been sharing he’s been exploring his sexuality, telling concert audiences last fall it’s all a work in progress … after he was linked romantically to Camila Cabello and Sabrina Carpenter.

If you thought Kanye West couldn’t shock us anymore with his Nazi-loving opinions, think again — he was spotted wearing one of the swastika T-shirts he was selling on his site before it went dark.

Check out the video — the rapper was dressed in the shirt while out in L.A. Thursday, chatting with a group of guys. He then noticed the camera and made sure to stroll farther into the frame, ensuring a full, uninterrupted view of him in the shirt.

It’s a disturbing sight — Kanye standing there alone in the shirt, staring at the camera and scanning his surroundings like he’s completely oblivious to the weight of what he’s doing.

He doubled down on the intention behind his actions, tweeting Friday, “It was always a dream of mine to walk around with a Swastika T on”.

The troubling sighting comes just weeks after he started selling merch with the symbol directly linked to Hitler and Nazis on his Yeezy website, and even took out a Super Bowl TV ad hyping his site … following his claim he was a Nazi and calling Hitler “so fresh.” Days later, he tweeted he wasn’t a Nazi anymore … but then deleted that and a bunch of other posts. But it looks like he’s back courting controversy again.

Diddy‘s ex-“Making The Band” singer Sara Rivers is coming at his neck in a new lawsuit, and the allegations stem from her time on the popular MTV series.

In a sprawling lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Rivers claims the artist formerly known as Puff Daddy subjected her to mistreatment, which wound up becoming content for millions to see on TV.

The suit, filed by attorney Ariel Mitchell on behalf of Rivers, cites the infamous “cheesecake” from ‘MTB2’ where she and the rest of Da Band had to walk several blocks to get Diddy a sweet treat as one of the numerous incidents of abuse.

She also complains of being forced sleep in an open bay with 4 other males despite the fact she was married at the time, and says she was threatened with being ousted if she didn’t comply.

The suit also names MTV, Viacom and several ex-Bad Boy employees who had a profile on the series at the time … including Diddy’s mother, Janice, and ex-assistant Fonzworth Bentley.

Sara goes on to allege Diddy acted maliciously and recklessly with her career by publicly dismantling the group while pocketing most of her show money.

She also claims Diddy sexually harassed and assaulted her, claiming he once backed her into a corner and blocked her from moving while running his hand across her breasts.

She’s demanding damages from Diddy and the others.

Justin Timberlake is not bringing “SexyBack” tonight … ’cause he’s got a nasty case of the flu and can’t perform tonight.

The singer-songwriter posted an apology to his Instagram Thursday evening … telling fans he was heartbroken, but he needed to cancel the show in Columbus, Ohio because he couldn’t even get through soundcheck.

He says it kills him to disappoint his fans and all the members of his team who worked so hard to put the show together … and, he promises everyone will receive refunds for their tickets.

While many online are wishing Justin the best … we’ve heard from a fair few fans who aren’t happy about the last-minute cancellation — especially since this is the second time he hasn’t been able to go on.

Back in November, JT had to cancel a series of shows while dealing with bronchitis and laryngitis — and, one of them was in Columbus, Ohio.

Unclear when JT got the flu … but, clearly he didn’t feel like he could go out and perform tonight. We’ve reached out for clarification on the cancellation, no word back.

Hip Hop music industry legend Kevin Liles is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit … a woman claims he raped her while he was an exec at Def Jam Recordings.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Liles is being sued by a woman not identified publicly who says she began working for the iconic music imprint in 1999 … and claims she was quickly subjected to repeated instances of sexual harassment from Liles from 2000 to 2002.

The suit claims Liles would constantly press his body against the woman’s breasts and grab her buttocks at work.

The woman — suing as a Jane Doe — says she continuously rebuffed Liles’ sexual advances, but she claims he ultimately sexually assaulted and raped her in 2002.

Liles was connected to Def Jam until 2004, before he went on to be a top V.P. at Warner Music Group. He resigned from that role in September.

BigXthaPlug — one of rap’s biggest rising stars — has been arrested on a marijuana charge in Texas … TMZ has learned.

BigX was arrested Wednesday morning and was being held at the Arlington City Jail. He’s been charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

Arlington PD tells TMZ … around 12:05 AM local time, BigX was driving with expired tags and got pulled over by cops. The officer reported he could smell marijuana as he approached the vehicle and asked BigX and the passenger — Cleodist Landum — to exit the car.

Officers said they could see cigarettes and a green leafy substance in the console of the vehicle … and said they also located a handgun in the passenger door pocket.

22-year-old Cleodist — who appears to be BigX’s relative — had an active felony warrant out of Bexar County, Texas. When officers took him into custody and searched him, they allegedly found marijuana on him. He was booked into the Arlington City Jail on the warrant, as well as for possession of marijuana, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

The rapper’s a proud Texas native, born in Dallas, not far from Arlington.

Fyre Festival creator Billy McFarland is gearing up for his big music-event comeback — but it looks like he’s still playing with fire … and not exactly going all out to erase the scorch marks of the OG disaster.

Billy was all smiles on “TMZ Live” Wednesday, casually brushing off the fact that he’s asking people to drop thousands of dollars on tickets — without even announcing anyone in the lineup for this summer’s Fyre Fest 2.

You gotta check out the video — ’cause when Charles pointed out that not having artists was a huge problem the first time around, Billy didn’t flinch. Instead, he spun it into a flex, bragging the event this time is already making waves without revealing the roster.

Charles wasn’t buying it … reminding Billy that last time, he literally went to prison for almost 4 years over the same issue. That’s when Billy got a tiny bit serious — saying the big difference this time is there’s an actual festival company running the show.

He then insists there are performers, and they’ll be announced “professionally” in due time, but when we pressed for just one name, or even a hint, his clue was cryptic — saying “she’s” a “current” DJ who’ll be leading a whale shark excursion by day and then hitting the stage at night. Any guesses?

All in all, it’s a pretty bizarre interview. While most would steer clear of something that landed them in major legal trouble, Billy says he’s grateful for a do-over when Fyre Fest 2 goes down in Mexico, from May 30–June 2.

The Island Boys had trouble brewing long before Franky Venegas ended up in the slammer over the weekend on gun and drug charges … cause TMZ’s learned the twins officially called it quits a while ago.

Alex, AKA FlyySoulja — Franky’s twin brother and the other half of the Island Boys — tells TMZ … the duo has been officially dunzo for a long time after not seeing eye to eye for some time. In fact, Franky officially packed his bags and dipped out of their shared Florida home over a year ago.

Flyy tells us he and his brother were constantly butting heads and having intense arguments. Flyy says his path is drastically different from his brother’s, and he doesn’t vibe with Franky’s lifestyle as of now.

Flyy recently got engaged on Valentine’s Day to his baby mama, who he shares a young son with. He has a 4-year-old daughter from a previous relationship … and he considers himself a family man these days.

Despite the brothers not currently seeing eye to eye, Flyy tells us he’ll always have his brother’s back. In the past he’s helped him cover lawyer fees … but claims Franky’s always thrown it back in his face, telling him, “You’ve done nothing for me.”

Flyy says he feels they both have growing up to do … and hopes they can find their way back to each other some day. But as of now, they’re barely seeing or speaking to each other.

So much so, since Franky’s arrest in Naples over the weekend, Franky’s been trying to reach his brother … but he keeps missing his calls.

Franky was arrested and charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possessing a firearm with an altered serial number.
